What is ADHD/EF coaching?

ADHD coaches work collaboratively with their clients who have ADHD or ADHD-like symptoms to address specific needs and personal goals. While the core symptoms of ADHD may include inattention, hyperactivity and/or impulsivity, coaching addresses the academic, vocational, emotional, and interpersonal challenges that come with Executive Dysfunction.

Through individualized support, coaches help people concentrate on where they are now, where they want to be, and how they can get there.

An ADHD Coach works with you to help you set and achieve manageable goals, develop strategies, and manage the steps necessary to reach those goals.

With support and accountability together we will see strides toward reduced
frustration, professional or academic success, improved time management, and a renewed sense of calm.

I hope these ideas, entries, essays and snapshots of daily life will

educate, explain and even entertain you.
